If you are interested in my writings on the Bible, History, and Politics, you won’t find them here—although I may on occasion rant about culture (or the lack thereof) in America. For my historical religious and political writings, visit my more professional (well, I’d like to think so) website, Christogenea.org. My Christogenea website is now often one of the top 100,000 websites in the country, according to Alexa.com, and since it reached that point while being less than two years old (in early December of 2010) I don't mind boasting just a little while praising Christ for that!

Watch for a third book some time this coming Spring, on early European history and the settlement of Europe by people fron the Near East in the time spanning the two thousand years before Christ.

I’ve set it up, but I’m not entirely sure how often I’ll get to actually make posts. As time allows, I will do what I can with it. My more active blog is at http://christogenea.org/blog.

Liam and I found this caterpillar while I was visiting in June. Obviously it isn't really a caterpillar any longer. I am quite shocked he managed to keep it alive for all these weeks, without suffocating it, losing it, letting the cats get it, or especially EATING it!!!
Mom's White Chicken Chili
WHITE CHICKEN CHILI
This dish uses hot pepper sauce made from jalapenos; it's milder than the red hot pepper varieties. Stirring frequently toward the end of cooking time prevents the bean-thickened broth from sticking to the bottom and scorching.
